Thanks I found it. Much appreciated. I wonder is there a way to not allow users to upload files but have to link them to a url like with mega or some other file storage site. Maybe a plugin to do this?

Is there an app or plug in that allows you to limit daily downloads like say for users get 10 downloads a day then they have to wait 24 hours and then they can get another 10 but subscribers different packages can have different download limits. I know XenForo has this but I was wondering if IPS does have anything like it.

Is there a way to get a download submission to post in a certain section of the forum as well as in the downloads area (like on this board)? I would like for the submitter to select the proper forum from a drop down or something to also post it in. If not, is there an app/plugin that works the same as XF Resources? Where they can set submit a forum post with their download, version and etgc.

Is there by any chance another similar working app/plugin of this kind? I would really like to have a partner page that I don't have to keep editing html to do myself all the time. Automated like this is easier with my busy schedule.
