when I click on "support" button and then on "Something isn't working correctly" I receive below error:

to solve this error I click on "fix this" and in the next step like below when I want to click on "fix automatically" my admin is down:

I repair and optimize my database from Cpanel but The problem still exists

 

please help me!!!

Hello, what are the errors in the logs?

in error logs and system logs there aren't records

the error is issued by the application I think it was better to make a request through the database
