Is this because I am running php8.x?

@Gunstra no. Version PHP does not matter. 
I used it on IPS version 4.7.11 with PHP 8.1. After the IPS update, the application stopped working.

Is there by any chance another similar working app/plugin of this kind? I would really like to have a partner page that I don't have to keep editing html to do myself all the time. Automated like this is easier with my busy schedule.

Installation:

1. Create a page in Pages -> Page management -> Pages -> + Add Page.
2. Upload the database to Pages -> Content -> Databases -> + Create New -> Upload Database tab -> upload the Partner.xml file.
3. In the public part, go to the created page and place a widget on it from the Pages -> Database -> Partner block.
4. Configure the widget by selecting the Partner database in the widget settings.
5. Use it.

Note: images that are rotated for a banner are not automatically resized; you need to upload an image of the required size.
