This is our November security and maintenance release.

Removed "Switch to Cloud" from ACP (for IPB-board.com).

Key changes include:

• Fixed a potential stored XSS issue, thanks to Colonel_mortis for reporting.

• Added a default timeout for the SMTP connection.
